Deliveries - Most standard postcodes are available for FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY. Delivery timescales are quoted up to 15 business days but over 80% of customers get delivery within 10 days and you will be called by a member of our transport team to confirm your delivery date. We use our own staff and vehicles for this premium 2 man service because we know how important it is to offer a great delivery service to our customers.

We cannot 100% guarantee delivery to bedrooms or other rooms of choice unfortunately and the decison will be down to the delivery team on the day after they have reviewed if it it safe to deliver the items upstairs.  We will happily deliver your furniture into a garage, shed or other outside building of your choice or any other location that is viable and safe for our delivery team including leaving items on your doorstep with your consent.

For customers placing orders with a mixture of in stock and pre order type products we can only offer a single free delivery service when everything is ready for shipping to you together. We are unable to split orders to be delivered on different dates until further notice.

FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY is a very costly service for us to offer and requires our customers to accept the first delivery date that our planning team offer. If customers cannot accept the proposed delivery date then a £30 charge will be made for planning an alternative date.

We have ceased all deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands until further notice.

From ordering to delivery, the process was rapid and simple. I ordered mid December and was warned that delivery might not happen before xmas. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call within a few days to arrange delivery the following week. Seven days from ordering to delivery! I had contact within a couple of days to arrange a date and then a call on the day about half an hour out to confirm we were in. Two friendly guys ( I believe in-house) off loaded and gave me some advice about storage if we weren't opening them straight away. The units are as good as they look in the adverts. My guarded cynacism was unfounded. I was particularly impressed by the level of protection from the packaging, corner protection and the wrapping and boxing. If you send any stuff out yourself, you'll have enough packing material for life! The paint finish is flawless. Across seven units, I couldn't find one blemish. My only reservation would be how well the finish stands up to time and wear and tear. Right now, I couldn't be happier. My initial reservations about ordering something from a Facebook flyer have been unfounded. We look forward to many years of happy usage!

I absolutely love it. Was falling out of love with my bathroom but when I purchased your tv cabinet thought i'd have a look on your website for something different for this room. I imafined it in one corner to house my hair products, hair dryer, make up infact everything which I had all over the place. Now it's all in one place along with my meds and moisurisers in the smaller draws. Thank you soooo much. It's given my bathroom a unique, schiek welcoming space. I'll be browsing again!

Lovely quality - can’t fault the item. The only let down was due to the delivery drivers who simply just left it inside my front door and wouldn’t deliver the 40kg package to my bedroom, even after seeing it was just me and my 4 year old daughter.
