    Making a contract with us

    When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.  We will send you a confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering confirming your order numbers along with a break down of the items purchased and the prices.  This confirmation email  constitutes acceptance of your order.

    In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

    If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods subject to your prior agreement.  If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.

  • Q. I don’t feel confident buying online due to the large sum of money I want to spend. How do I know your products are of a high quality?
  • A. Its natural to be nervous about spending a large sum of money on something without viewing it. That’s why we offer lots of high quality photos and videos of what we sell to allow people who can’t make the trip to our showrooms to get as good an idea as possible via the internet. Customer service at Top Furniture is our number one priority and you can view many of our customer’s comments via our reviews below.


  • Q. How soon will my order be delivered after I place it?
  • A. For items we have in stock we will aim to dispatch within 2 - 3 weeks but smaller items often get dispatched on our own delivery vans within a few days via Parcelforce, DHL express or TNT. On the odd occasion that an item is out of stock delivery we will endeavour to contact you within a few days with an update and if the lead time is too long then we will offer you a refund. If you want an item much quicker then its often possible to collect items from Uttoxeter with just an hours notice.


  • Q. Can we view your furniture ranges before placing an order?
  • A. Yes. We can now have a large Warehouse Showroom to give customers an opportunity to view everything we offer for themselves before commiting to buying in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. Open 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 4pm on Saturdays. View Map. We also have a shop showroom in the Orchard shopping centre, Dartford, Kent which is very close to the Bluewater shopping centre open from 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
  • Q. I’m interested in purchasing a solid oak table and chair combination but I can’t see it sold as a set. How do I order this?
  • A. We are more than happy to offer any combination of the items we offer as a package. If you are interested in a combination of several items then please call us to order on 01889 560999 or email sales@topfurniture.co.uk but you can buy all of the items via this website.
