Most standard postcodes are available for FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY. Delivery timescales are quoted as 10 - 15 business days but over 80% of customers get delivery within 10 days and you will be called by a member of our transport team to schedule in the delivery day with you. We use our own staff and vehicles for this premium 2 man service because we know how important it is to offer a great delivery service to our customers.
Some smaller items are available with a 48hr EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE which can be selected on the checkout page. Delivery is within 2 business days when ordered by 11am.
The vast majority of our furniture comes FULLY ASSEMBLED out of the box but some items such as the upper sections of wardrobes & beds will require some minimal assembly or they would not fit through the doors of most homes and tables and benches will require the legs attaching. From 5th Feb 2019 we are rolling out an ASSEMBLY SERVICE on our checkout page where customers can select to pay a small charge for our own 2 man delivery team to assemble items such as wardrobes, beds and larger tables for most postcode areas covered by our own delivery teams.

We ordered these on the 13th Dec and they arrived on the 19th Dec, intime for Christmas. Admittedly we were a little impatient and asked for an update on 17th but we were not expecting delivery till the new year if we were lucky. Top marks however to Top furniture. We received a same day response to our delivery query, stating exactly when the stools were due to be collected from the warehouse and when they would be delivered. The items were delivery by a very cheerful chap in the worst rain I've seen in a long time, but were extremely well packed so this was no issue apart from the poor delivery guy getting drenched (sorry) Anyway I can see why these stool have all 5 stars they are fantastic and exactly what we wanted. Good solid and attractive these are a genuine asset to our newly fitted kitchen and we are over the moon. We highly recommend the stools, and Top Furniture. My ending comment is that these stools are heavy so get some felt pads on the feet as soon as possible to protect your floor.

So so pleased with our stools. Look fab in our new kitchen. Very solid. So comfortable thought. Glad we went for these with the tiny back rest. Delivery brilliant. Was told morning and got a phone call to say would be half an hour. Arrived exactly at time they said. All in all from order to delivery 10/10. Thanks so much

I ordered three of these stools.
The ordering process was very easy,I was contacted a few days after ordering with a delivery date.The morning of delivery I was phoned and informed they would be with me in half an hour and they arrived right on time,so very impressed!
I am very pleased with the stools,excellent quality,very sturdy,comfortable to sit on and look great,they match my kitchen perfectly!

Great solid stool, nice and heavy and well build. Only very minor discrepancies is that they rock ever so slightly like one leg is marginally shortly. Some felt under the feet should solve this issue though

Item very heavy and would benefit from having a pack of felt pads in the box to avoid damage to floor on delivery and also ease manoeverability on tiled surfaces

We ordered 4 of the Wave bar stools thinking they would take the 10-15 days to be delivered but a few days after placing the order we were contacted to arrange delivery in 4 days time. We received a call to say what time the stools would be delivered and they arrived exactly as stated.
The bar stools are really excellent quality, reassuringly heavy and are very attractive. The packaging was also excellent, each stool was covered in foam wrapping then film wrapped around it. Each stool also had removable wooden braces to make sure nothing broke in transit.
Overall a excellent product, very well packaged, delivered ahead ox expectation and really good value for money - very impressive
