Deliveries - Most standard postcodes are available for FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY. Delivery timescales are quoted up to 15 business days but over 80% of customers get delivery within 10 days and you will be called by a member of our transport team to confirm your delivery date. We use our own staff and vehicles for this premium 2 man service because we know how important it is to offer a great delivery service to our customers.

We cannot 100% guarantee delivery to bedrooms or other rooms of choice unfortunately and the decison will be down to the delivery team on the day after they have reviewed if it it safe to deliver the items upstairs.  We will happily deliver your furniture into a garage, shed or other outside building of your choice or any other location that is viable and safe for our delivery team including leaving items on your doorstep with your consent.

For customers placing orders with a mixture of in stock and pre order type products we can only offer a single free delivery service when everything is ready for shipping to you together. We are unable to split orders to be delivered on different dates until further notice.

FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY is a very costly service for us to offer and requires our customers to accept the first delivery date that our planning team offer. If customers cannot accept the proposed delivery date then a £30 charge will be made for planning an alternative date.

Some smaller items are available with a 48hr EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE which can be selected on the checkout page. Delivery is within 2 business days when ordered by 11am.

We have ceased all deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Wight until further notice.

We bought this as a toy box for our 17mo old. It looks great, and has soft close hinges to protect his little fingers. It has tidied up our living room, and he likes to think its a big drum!

I purchased 2 blanket boxes and was very pleased with both the look and quality. It should be noted that the website only provides the external dimensions, this meant that upon delivery I was a little disappointed to find that internally the box was somewhat smaller than anticipated. Height for example was stated to be 52cm externally which was correct, however internally was in fact 37cm, which mad a considerable difference to the overall volume. The boxes were well packaged and were delivered reliably and in good time by their own drivers. Despite this, whilst one box was perfect, unfortunately the other box had some minor damage in 2 places. Customer services however were excellent and after emailing them pictures, they acknowledged the issues without making excuses, and were apologetic. They immediately offered either a partial refund or a replacement, which was sorted out swiftly via both email and telephone. Refund was received within 3 days. Thanks to both Lucy and Frances for their assistance in resolving my issue. I understand things like this can happen from time to time when ordering large, somewhat delicate items online, the best we can hope for is good customer service and a company that takes responsibility, which Top furniture absolutely did in my case. Based on my overall experience, I’d be happy to purchase from Top furniture again and would also be happy to recommend them.
