Delivery & Returns

WE NOW PLANT A TREE FOR EVERY CUSTOMER ORDER! - FIND OUT MORE HERE

Online - We are fully operational online 24 / 7 and our sales, customer services and delivery planning teams are still on hand to answer any questions or queries via telephone, email or live chat. Please view our Contact Us page.

Deliveries - Most standard postcodes are available for FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY. Delivery timescales are quoted up to 15 business days but over 80% of customers get delivery within 10 days and you will be called by a member of our transport team to confirm your delivery date. We use our own staff and vehicles for this premium 2 man service because we know how important it is to offer a great delivery service to our customers.

We cannot 100% guarantee delivery to bedrooms or other rooms of choice unfortunately and the decison will be down to the delivery team on the day after they have reviewed if it it safe to deliver the items upstairs.  We will happily deliver your furniture into a garage, shed or other outside building of your choice or any other location that is viable and safe for our delivery team including leaving items on your doorstep with your consent.

New blog post explaining how our delivery process works.

For customers placing orders with a mixture of in stock and pre order type products we can only offer a single free delivery service when everything is ready for shipping to you together. We are unable to split orders to be delivered on different dates until further notice.

FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY is a very costly service for us to offer and requires our customers to accept the first delivery date that our planning team offer. If customers cannot accept the proposed delivery date then a £30 charge will be made for planning an alternative date.

We have ceased all deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands until further notice.

More details can be found on our delivery web page. View our returns policy and furniture care web page.

I’m thrilled to bits with my new dressing table from Top Furniture. It’s a great quality piece of furniture that was quickly and professionally delivered by Mark and Tom who took it up to the first floor for me. I’ve changed the knobs to my own to match my room but I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Well done Top Furniture. You are the Tops!!

I am very impressed and pleased with the quality of my dressing table which fits perfectly in my new bedroom. Delivery was on time, and the furniture item was very safely packed. Unfortunately, the friendly handlers told me they had left the very heavy box facing the right way so that the drawers would be at the front and the dressing table would be in the right position once unpacked. Sadly they were wrong and it took my son in law and me a lot of manoeuvring to take off the packaging and turn the large item around in the limited space. This could have been very easily remedied had the box been marked correctly with the front and back of the item. Unpacking was a major task, and an impossible one at my age! I'd have paid extra to have the furniture unpacked for me and the massive amount of packaging removed.
Dear Ann,

Thank you for your detailed 5-star review of the Farmhouse Country Oak Cream Painted Large Double Pedestal Dressing Table. We're thrilled to hear that you are impressed with the quality and that it fits perfectly in your new bedroom. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during the unpacking process.

If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to contact us.
