Online - We are fully operational online 24 / 7 and our sales, customer services and delivery planning teams are still on hand to answer any questions or queries via telephone, email or live chat. Please view our Contact Us page.

Deliveries - Most standard postcodes are available for FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY. Delivery timescales are quoted up to 15 business days but over 80% of customers get delivery within 10 days and you will be called by a member of our transport team to confirm your delivery date. We use our own staff and vehicles for this premium 2 man service because we know how important it is to offer a great delivery service to our customers.

We cannot 100% guarantee delivery to bedrooms or other rooms of choice unfortunately and the decison will be down to the delivery team on the day after they have reviewed if it it safe to deliver the items upstairs.  We will happily deliver your furniture into a garage, shed or other outside building of your choice or any other location that is viable and safe for our delivery team including leaving items on your doorstep with your consent.

For customers placing orders with a mixture of in stock and pre order type products we can only offer a single free delivery service when everything is ready for shipping to you together. We are unable to split orders to be delivered on different dates until further notice.

FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY is a very costly service for us to offer and requires our customers to accept the first delivery date that our planning team offer. If customers cannot accept the proposed delivery date then a £30 charge will be made for planning an alternative date.

We have ceased all deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands until further notice.
