Most standard postcodes are available for FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY. Delivery timescales are quoted up to 15 business days but over 80% of customers get delivery within 10 days and you will be called by a member of our transport team to confirm your delivery date. We use our own staff and vehicles for this premium 2 man service because we know how important it is to offer a great delivery service to our customers.
FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY is a very costly service for us to offer and requires our customers to accept the first delivery date that our planning team offer. If customers cannot accept the proposed delivery date then a £30 charge will be made for planning an alternative date.
Some smaller items are available with a 48hr EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE which can be selected on the checkout page. Delivery is within 2 business days when ordered by 11am.
The vast majority of our furniture comes FULLY ASSEMBLED out of the box but some items such as the upper sections of wardrobes & beds will require some minimal assembly or they would not fit through the doors of most homes and tables and benches will require the legs attaching. We have recently launched a new ASSEMBLY SERVICE on our checkout page where customers can select to pay a small charge for our own 2 man delivery team to assemble items such as wardrobes, beds and larger tables for most postcode areas covered by our own delivery teams.

Just been delivered not a bad product not full though oak as back is pine and inside draws are pine 50% oak. Blunt saw being used by the draw and dovetail joints and filled, they fail us for that so but not to bad nice oak finish get what you pay I guess. But should be mentioned on description.

Lovely sideboard but I was promised the delivery people would take away all the rubbish and cardboard boxes when I ordered it over the telephone, but this wasn't the case as they 'don't do this' - rather misleading promises though.

We spent a lot of time looking for a small oak sideboard that was the right size for our needs, with a depth of shelf that was more than 35cm, at 37.5cm this unit is perfect. It looks lovely and is excellent value for money. Family members thought it had come from one of the Oak high street retailers that charge so much more. Delivery was arranged quickly and although 6.40am was early we had been contacted, the day before, to confirm if a 6.30-7.30am delivery was acceptable. Excellent service from start to finish and a lovely piece of furniture, so very pleased with it.

I am very pleased with the sideboard, it matches four other pieces of furniture I already have.
The delivery was excellent, I was informed by phone in advance that it would arrive in 45 minutes, and they did deliver spot on time. Very friendly and helpfull driver who informed me that should anything be causing a problem, or there was any damage I was to let them know and the piece would be replaced.
In all a great buy at a great price. I would recommend Top Furniture to anybody

The sideboard is lovely. Looks great in my living room. The only thing is,there is a small split in the wood underneath the left hand drawer and although it’s not immediately noticeable I can see it when’s standing up so it bugs me. I will call the shop to report. Delivery good and on time.

A really solid and beautiful piece of furniture. It just the right dimensions, without being too small or too large for my dining room. The only slight downside for me is that the colour is slightly darker than my other pieces of oak furniture, however as I struggled to find anything of this size, I decided to go with it. If you decide to buy - you won't be disappointed!
Good delivery too, with a two man delivery. Very polite and efficient, they were happy to deliver by giving me a pre-call so I didn't have to wait in all day.

This small sideboard was exactly what we wanted. We wondered if the colour was like that in the pictures and on arrival It matched our existing furniture perfectly. The ordering via telephone could not have been easier. A couple of small small hiccups that arose were ironed out and the furniture arrived on the date promised. It was well wrapped and the delivery guy put it just where we wanted. A very prompt polite service and good value too.
