We stock more oak tables than any other UK furniture retailer!
Here at Top Furniture we prefer to source the oak lumber that we use to make our oak dining tables from sustainable forests where possible. Most of our table designs are made by skilled joiners using traditional techniques to ensure that they are built using the best possible construction.
Our best selling Country Oak range of tables and matching dining room chairs are made exclusively from us from rustic American oak. This chunky range of oak dining tables are built to last and we are always working on ways to improve existing table designs and developing new ones. We work hard with our factories to make sure that our customers get the best possible prices as we know that most people do lots of research and price comparisons so we know that we need to offer the most competitive prices possible on all of our products, not just those in our oak furniture sale. Our lowest price promise means that we sell big volumes of our oak dining tables each week which enables us to keep our factories busy manufacturing our latest designs in big volumes. Our extending dining tables have some very innovative mechanism to make the most of smaller spaces.
All table designs come with a 1 year guarantee which covers any structural problems or issues with the fittings on the table but it is very unlikely that you will ever have an issue as long as you look after it. All we ask is that you use common sense and try and use table mats and cup protectors where possible as wood is obviously a natural product and can be adversely affected by heat and moisture in extreme cases. If in doubt please contact one of our sales team to get some advice for looking after your purchase.
Furnishing your dining room involves making some big decisions. Some customers spend several hours in our showrooms looking at lots of different designs of oak dining tables before deciding which size, design and finish is best suited to their needs. We try and advise as best we can without hassling customers ( no hard sell ) but only you will know which table design is best suited to the decor and environment within your home. Some people prefer an ultra modern and contemporary type look whilst others may prefer the more traditional farmhouse / barn conversion type of look. We cater for all of these options so if you need a little advice to point you in the right direction when choosing any of your oak dining furniture, please ask us via email, telephone, live chat or face to face in Uttoxeter or Dartford.

Oak Dining tables to suit all homes
When choosing your oak dining tables, one of the first things to consider is how many people you are likely to be seating at any one time. For some who prefer a more intimate dining experience, this will mean choosing smaller 2 or 4 seat dining tables from our range, however those with large families, large dining rooms, or those who entertain often will be pleased to see that our range includes large oak dining tables of 10+ seats. For ultimate flexibility, we also stock beautiful extending tables.
Secondly, you will need to consider what your chosen oak dining table will look like when placed in your dining room. Traditional colours and textures look great with farmhouse style tables, and more modern homes will be nicely complemented by the clean lines of our more contemporary styles. Dining tables are more important than they can seem at first; they provide your home with a central point, bringing family and friends together in the home, whether you are enjoying a simple midweek dinner or are celebrating an event such as Christmas and birthdays, or are enjoying a glass of wine or two with friends.
